A digital drawing of a female house sparrow.
The bird sits on a sloping branch of a bush or tree with green leaves and you can see her on her back, allowing you to see the markings of her back feathers nicely. She looks over so that he looks at you with one eye. Her beak is ajar because in the reference photo she was eating a seed from the feeding board. I thought this looked nice, a bit like she is saying something to you.
Sparrows are birds that can be found in my garden every day because I feed them. Every morning they are already waiting. So I see whole families of sparrows with their young passing by in spring. At the feed silo, things are not always very friendly.
House sparrows are found in large parts of the world and often live near people, so they can also be found very regularly in my garden.
