During my photography trip in Iceland, we of course visited Kirkjufell mountain, where everyone takes the same beautiful photo of the mountain and the waterfalls. I did the same, of course. But I am always looking for just another photo that everyone else is taking anyway. So I instinctively walked to the other side of the road where the sun was still shining and where two horses were grazing on the flanks of Kirkjufell in the last sunlight. I walked past the fence towards them, and the horses too were curious and walked towards me. Conditions were perfect, bright and warm light, I had my Nikon to hand and was able to take this picture!
As always, some post-processing in Lightroom was involved, and then you have something!
Ik ben graag buiten met mijn Nikon D600. Luchten, landschappen, kleur, tegenlicht en een lijnenspel boeien me het meest. Maar ook Urbex pakt me, verlaten en verboden fabrieken, bedrijfspanden geven ook een kick!
