About "In the sun in the woods"

About the artwork

Standing in the sun in the woods is a young lady, with brown hair and a brown dress. She fits well in this sunny forest. Although her gaze looks a bit lost and maybe she is lost too. Getting lost in a forest, of course, is not very difficult if you do not visit it very often and thus do not know your way very well. The forest is such'a beautiful place, especially when the sun shines. The light is then irregular in a beautiful way, as the sun naturally shines through the trees and through the crown of the trees, between the branches and leaves. This lady is surrounded by that beautiful sunlight. It sprinkles light spots of light on her face in the colours of the forest and as a result, she falls partly into shadow. Normally a person enjoys this, but when you are lost, enjoying that sun could be difficult. The colours used in this somewhat abstract portrait are yellow, brown, green and white.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
