This windmill is used to manage the waterlevels in the grasslands and was being built in 1684 in Leiderdorp. In 2006 the windmill was demolished and stored until they rebuild the mill in 2009 but on a different location; Hoogmade.
It is open to visit the windmill but only when the vanes are turning.
