About ‘Island feeling on Koh Ngai’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

The longtail boat rocks gently in the shallow water, its slender bow pointing out to the open sea. The sand beneath it is fine and warm, marked by the gentle traces of the tides. A dark turquoise colour surrounds it, the water crystal clear, as if it were trying to reflect the sky.
Beyond the boat rise small islands, overgrown with lush greenery, as if they were guarded by nature itself. They rise out of the sea like hidden treasures, surrounded by a silence that is only interrupted by the gentle lapping of the waves. The sky above shines in its most beautiful blue, interspersed with soft, white clouds that move lazily over the paradise.
A moment of perfect harmony. No noise, no hurry - just the gentle touch of sun and wind on your skin, the soft crackling of the surf on the shore. The boat, a silent companion, waits patiently, ready to open up new paths across the emerald-coloured water.
An image of tranquillity, a promise of freedom. Here, on Koh Ngai, time seems to flow more slowly - as if nature wants to preserve this moment forever.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
