It's almost 40 degrees. In the middle of the day. There are hardly any people on the streets. In fact, it is too hot to be outside. But Monopoli is a nice place. You can take a lovely stroll through the narrow streets and you can eat and drink incredibly well. In short, an ideal destination to visit for a day. Or maybe even longer. This photo was taken in the small harbour of Monopoli, where blue-painted fishing boats are moored.
