You can't go to Iran without visiting one or more mosques. The Jame mosque in Yazd is adapted to the desert climate of Yazd. The prayer room is therefore an open space on a large courtyard. It is fascinating to observe here from a distance: the believers in prayer, the children who continue their games and of course the overwhelming architecture within which all this takes place. Afterwards, you will certainly be invited for tea.
