About ‘Jetty at dusk, Portugal’ by Adelheid Smitt
The town of Carrasqueira lies on the lagoon created by the Rio Sado runoff. In the past, fishermen themselves made all sorts of jetties and ramshackle gangways to access their boats. The result is a jumble of poles and planks, and altogether a very nice and picturesque sight. This photo was taken just after sunset using a long exposure.

I got my first camera on my 8th birthday. Now, many cameras later, I have ended up with a 'full-frame' mirrorless camera and my passion for photography has become an important part of my life.
I travel a lot, all over the world, and like to photograph landscapes as well as cities in the blue hour. I hope that my images can inspire you and I would love it if my love for photography can finally make it to your wall.
