Karlův most is a famous bridge over the Vltava (Moldau) in Prague. In 1357, on 9 July, at 5.31 a.m., King Charles IV laid the first stone. There are 30 statues on the bridge. Most of them are in the Baroque style and were placed between 1683 and 1714.
