The water tower in Rhenen or Watertoren De Koerheuvel was built in 1935. The tower stands on the Koerheuvelweg on a hill of approximately 51 metres. The tower itself has nine floors and a height of 42.7 metres. The tower was in use as a water tower from May 8, 1937 until September 1, 1989.
