About ‘Koutoubia Mosque Marrakech’ by By Luna

This photo shows the Koutoubia mosque in Marrakech, captured in the soft morning light. The warm hues of the rising sun subtly bring to life the sand-coloured stone and refined details of the minaret.

Built in the 12th century under the rule of the Almohads, the Koutoubia is the city's most famous landmark. With its 77-metre-high minaret, it served as a model for the Giralda in Seville and the Hassan Tower in Rabat.

Surrounded by gardens and palm trees, the mosque is an important part of Marrakech's cityscape. In the early morning, there is a special calm - a time when the city is still quiet and the soft light accentuates the structure of the rock.

This shot highlights the balance between architecture, light and time. A recognisable image of Marrakech, loved by travellers and lovers of architecture and photography.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
