Waterfalls where over 5,500 litres of glacier water flow down 380 metres every second are special in themselves. But at the Krimmler Falls, a hiking trail has also been created along the waterfall's course. This allows you to experience the waterfalls up close. There are a number of viewpoints along the route of the Krimmler waterfalls
