About the artwork

This painting presents a picturesque mountain landscape in all its majestic splendour. The main elements in this work are the hill that rises in the centre of the painting and a crystal clear mountain lake that dominates the scenery.

The hill extends to the highest point of the painting and is covered with coniferous forest. The conifers create an impressive contrast to the blue sky. The mountain lake that spreads out at its feet reflects the majestic beauty of the scenery and enhances its splendour.

In the foreground on the right of the picture is a meadow that shines in vibrant green. Healthy, vigorous grasses line the edge of the meadow, and they lead the viewer's eye directly to the mountain lake. The water of the lake is deep blue and reflects the sky and the surrounding hills.

A waterfall at the far end of the lake attracts attention. The water flows from right to left, giving movement to the scene and adding an extra dimension.

The clouds in the sky are partly arranged in a long band and the humidity is noticeable. The blue sky forms a charming contrast to the green woods and the blue water.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
