Lavertezzo is een klein bergdorpje in het Versascadal. Het kerkje en de huizen zijn gebouwd in de typische bouwstijl voor deze regio. Veelal gebruikt men er bouwmaterialen die in de omgeving voorhanden zijn. Deze huizen worden Rustico's genoemd.
