About "Light cube in the dark"

About the artwork

The picture shows a group of ice cubes that are illuminated from the inside by rainbow LEDs in the dark. The scene appears surreal, almost extraterrestrial - as if the cubes were not made of frozen water, but of an unknown material that refracts light in spectacular colours. The composition is reminiscent of science fiction worlds in which technology and aesthetics merge.

The motif is deliberately minimalist, but the intense colour effect and the play of light and shadow create a strong visual presence. The inspiration for this work came from the idea of casting everyday objects - such as ice cubes - in a new, futuristic light through targeted lighting. The aim is to alienate the familiar and thereby awaken new associations.

The atmosphere is cool, technical and at the same time hypnotic. The picture invites you to take a closer look, to lose yourself in the light reflections and to develop your own interpretations. It conveys a feeling of futuristic clarity, but also of mystery.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
