Near the town of Brenna on Lofoten (northern Norway) is this small lighthouse. In the dark with a slow shutter speed so that the sky became lighter but the stars were still visible. I lit the lighthouse with a flashlight so that it also came out beautifully on the photo.
In the background the lights of another village on another peninsula.
While taking the picture it was very windy and my tripod was wide-legged to keep it stable. I had hoped to spot the northern lights here but unfortunately they were not visible this evening.
