The former manor chapel of Alt Placht, surrounded by old lime trees, is located in the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park, around 10 kilometres from Templin.
The little church in the countryside was built around 1700 by Huguenot religious refugees, was in danger of falling into ruin before the fall of communism and was subsequently renovated and revitalised by a support association.
Photographed in summer 2024, Germany, East Germany, Brandenburg.
