There are designs that stand out simply because they are beautiful. And there are those that are special. The lock house falls into the second category as far as I am concerned.
In the blue hour, where ambient and artificial light complement each other nicely, the building is absolutely beautiful. But especially the shape and the fact that many of the flats seem to float above the water makes the design ingenious and therefore special.
Definitely worth a look.
