May this year, I travelled to Iceland where I visited the Londrangar Basalt cliffs, among other places.
This beautiful basalt cliff is located in Snæfellsnes national park a peninsula north of Reykjavik.
The unusual shape of the cliff looks almost like a castle protruding from the horizon and overlooking the sea.
The photo was taken on a tripod so the shutter speed could be increased slightly. The photo was shot with a Sony Alpha III full frame system camera with a sigma 28-70mm lens.
Camera settings:
ISO 100
Lens setting 28mm
Aperture F16
shutter speed 1/60 sec
