Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Lonely above Aragón’ by Peter Bartelings

Perched high on the ridge lie the ruins of Castillo de Marcuello, surrounded by an endless Spanish landscape. The small old farmhouse in the foreground and the castle in the distance together tell a story of life, decay and times gone by. A vast and tranquil panorama that brings a sense of peace and adventure into the home.
About the photographer

Born and bred in Amsterdam, Peter Bartelings feels a strong connection to his city. Over the years, he has frequently captured Amsterdam, from iconic spots to lesser-known cityscapes. Cities and landscapes both at home and abroad, as well as nature and macro photography, also form part of his versatile portfolio.

As well as photography, Peter is involved in digital art. In this, he combines photography and image editing, giving classical masterpieces, amongst other things, a contemporary, sometimes surprising twist. Peter’s work is regularly sold and has now found a home on walls in various European countries.
