About ‘Love is the new FAME’ by Yvonne Kok

Inspiration: Love is the New Fame We live in a world where visibility is often confused with value. Followers, likes, achievements and status sometimes seem more important than who we really are. But what if we turned it all on its head? What if love became the new success? What if kindness made a bigger impression than popularity? What if connection is more valuable than attention?

This bird wears a crown, but not because it wants to be famous. Its crown symbolises something else: the courage to live from a place of love. To be yourself. To remain gentle in a world that often feels harsh. True wealth does not lie in fame. True wealth lies in love.

Technique: This painting is built up from many transparent layers of acrylic paint, ink, chalk and mixed-media techniques on linen canvas. ❤️🕊️🎨

My name is Yvonne Kok, an artist from Haarlem. I paint in a pop-street art style. Freedom, vulnerability and inner strength are central themes. This stems primarily from my personal journey. I mainly paint women and birds — symbols of daring to show your true self and being as free as a bird. My work is created intuitively, layer by layer, using materials such as acrylic paint, spray paint and ink.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
