About ‘Love locks | Bad Säckingen | River Rhine’ by Marianne Twijnstra

I saw these padlocks hanging from a bridge during my vacation in Bad Säckingen. They also call these love locks.
A love lock is a lock by which lovers symbolically express their love. The lock is usually attached to a bridge on which the key is thrown into the river.
A nice idea but in my opinion it doesn't make much difference…
