Some rain, some sun. Typical Dutch autumn weather ... the weather can suddenly change. This evening started with rain. But around sunset, the cloud cover breaks up a little bit creating a beautiful light for a few minutes. A cyclist waits a minute for me to finish making the picture. And the cyclist's silhouette makes the picture a little more beautiful.
The Moerputten Railroad Bridge near Den Bosch ('s-Hertogenbosch) is part of a 7.5 km long hiking trail through the nature reserve De Moerputten. The railway bridge was built in 1881 as part of the Halve Zolen line and bridges the Long Putten peat platter. In 2006, the track rails were removed and it has become a hiking trail as a bike path. Part of the hiking trail is over wooden platforms. The decks are laid down to protect the vulnerable flora and fauna in the marshland area. It is an alternate walk through a beautiful area with hay fields, reed fields, marshes and open waters.
Photographer, graphic designer and artist from Schijndel, working under the name Thicor CreAssist. During my life, I try to capture all the beauty with camera or pen and brush. My motto is 'travel for the best moments in your life!' These can be distant travels, but there is also so much beauty to discover just around the corner.
