The Palendorp is a monument symbolizing an ancient village that disappeared entirely into the sea from 1792. This beautiful work of art consists of 160 poles from six to twelve meters high. The poles are in the shape of 10 houses and a church.
This photo is a so-called long exposure time photo. The reason for the long exposure time is because I wanted to show the simplicity and tranquility of the monument on the beach without the waves being a distracting factor.
