Tree trunks protrude over the river on the banks of the Rur Valley in the Eifel. It is astonishing how these trees have grown into the ground on the banks to prevent them from sliding into the water even in strong currents.

Later the hobby was extended beside my job, i.e. modern cameras were purchased. In my own darkroom for black and white and colour pictures the photographs were processed.
