About ‘Murcia's paprikas’ by Tatiana Tor Photography

These peppers are very famous in Murcia, they are best fried for a long time, that the flesh becomes creamy and soft. I bought these in the market Mercamurcia and took the picture in my studio afterwards.

It looks like a painting, I find the green colors with shadows very special, just like that one little red bell pepper.
