Even as a child I was always on the move with pencil and paper. Early on, my career aspiration was to become a visual artist.
After my training as a graphic designer at the "Academy for Graphics and Advertising" in Munich, I made my dream come true. Since 1987 I have been working as a freelance illustrator for various publishing houses, authors and advertising agencies.
My special love is the illustration of picture books.
