About "Nieuwegracht, Trans and Pausdam in Utrecht"

About the artwork

In the foreground in the canal, you can see part of Jacqueline Verhaagen's (moving) light artwork entitled Tender Echos. The bridge's name is Pausdam Bridge. Behind it, part of Jan Hein Daniëls and Willem Hoebink's light artwork Pausdam, in the head building of Trans 10. The other part is in Paushuize (far right). Trajectum Lumen is a light art route through the Utrecht city centre.

This photo was taken at dusk on 7 March 2013, Dark Utrecht. That's the name of my series of photos of Utrecht places after sunset. Most Dark Utrecht photos were shot at dusk. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
