Atmospheric high resolution (80 MP, so very suitable for large prints) vintage/retro black and white shot of an antique bellows camera (folding camera) and a 'two-eye reflex camera', both devices belong to my father. The camera is an Ensign Selfix 20 from 1933 and a Rolleicord from 1958.
Since cameras from the last century are actually pure works of art of craftsmanship, I thought both of these gems were worthy of a photo of their own.
Moreover, they remind me as a photographer to take my time for a picture. In those days you only had a few negatives, and taking a picture was laborious: using an exposure meter to measure how much light there was, calculating shutter speed and aperture preceded each photo.
As a result, of course, photography was much more conscious and economical, and comparatively better than now.
