There you are in Westkappelle (Zeeland), with a northerly wind of force 5, waiting for the water to rise.
With regularity, the waves are already pounding the breakwaters, which makes for a spectacular sight.
I am enjoying myself, and the moment there is a big wave and the water pushes its way between the breakwaters, I leap for joy.
That was exactly the moment I was waiting for. The water flowing from left to right between the storm breakers, and the clouds drifting through the picture from right to left.
Every time I see this picture, I relive that moment and enjoy it. Hopefully you can enjoy it too when this picture is hanging on your wall.
