Oostmahorn (Fries: De Skâns) is a village in the municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân, in the Dutch province of Friesland. It falls under the village Anjum.
It lies northeast of Engwierum and east of Anjum, at the Lauwersmeer. The village centre is wedged between the Lauwersmeer and three recreation parks. For a long time it was a hamlet under Anjum, but in 2006 it received the status of village.
It did not get its own postcode so formally it is still part of Anjum. CBS counts it as a neighbourhood. In 2018 it counted 80 inhabitants. The village also includes the hamlet of Abbewier. The hamlet Stiem is also counted as part of the village but also as part of Ezumazijl.
