Between the Prins Hendrikkade and the famous Zeedijk on the Amsterdam Red Light District runs the Oude zijds Kolk, a narrow but crowded street. Halfway along on the left you can see the back of the Sint Nicolaasbasilica. The railing that runs along the water is, according to good Amsterdam custom, littered with bicycles. A slow shutter speed was used to avoid capturing all moving elements (i.e. passers-by) and to give the clouds a slightly dynamic character.
