The moon photographed during the beginning of a partial lunar eclipse. The shadow at the bottom right, gives more depth to the image that would be much flatter without the shadow of the eclipse. You can see the nearest celestial body (I think) at its most beautiful this way. Pure and without fuss.
Photographed with a full frame camera, a 400mm telephoto lens with a 2x teleconverter for an effective telephoto range of a whopping 800mm equivalent.
