Pumpkins are available throughout the year. They are grown in the Netherlands and once they are out they are imported by Argentina, Spain and Egypt. Pumpkins are low in energy but contain a lot of fiber. Fibers are important for the proper functioning of your intestines. Pumpkins also contain beta carotene, which in turn is good for the eyes and skin. The flesh of most pumpkins has no distinct taste. Therefore, you can handle him well in spicy dishes. Pumpkin pulp is firmer and less watery than that of a cucumber. Pumpkin is a relative of the cucumber and melon. This large spherical fruit has a sturdy hard shell and orange flesh. Inside the fruit is filled with large flat seeds.
" It makes me happy to create memories "
I love to photograph in the French or Dutch countryside. Forests, countryside or by the sea. But also cities, towns and villages (especially in France) are my favorites.
Best regards ! Yvonne..
