About the artwork

This panorama of the beautiful city of Florence ( Firenze ) Tuscany, Italy was photographed from the Piazzale Michelangelo. Piazzale Michelangelo is a square in Florence, Italy, situated on a hill and offering a good view of the city of Florence divided by the river Arno, overlooking the Ponte Vecchio, the Santa Maria del Fiore, Uffizi, Santa Croce and the Palazzo Vecchio.

Central to the square is a memorial to Michelangelo with a copy of his David and copies of four statues destined for the tomb of Giuliano and Lorenzo de Medici: the Night and Day, the Morning Light and the Evening Dusk.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
