About the artwork

Daphnis and Chloe (Greek: Δάφνις καὶ Χλόη, Daphnis kai Chloe) is a shepherd's novel (pastoral) from ancient Greece. The story is set in Mytilene on the island of Lesvos.

The children grow up together as close friends and herd their herds in pairs. In the erotic story they have to lie naked together, hug each other and have sex, but they don't know how.

Eventually everything will be okay and Daphnis and Chloe hold a big wedding party in the country.

Here the guy stands at the side of the girl and grabs her right tit, while her other breast is exposed. She's half topless.

Paris Bordone (Treviso, Italy, ca. 1500 - Venice, January 19, 1571) was an Italian painter of the Venetian School in the period of the Italian Renaissance. His numerous portraits, mainly of women, have an enchanting appeal because of the beautiful colorite he uses. His idealized female figures look elegant and refined.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
