"Stack of pastel-coloured leaves of the Bougainvillea" is a macro photo of a few beautifully coloured leaves of a plant called the Bougainvillea. This plant comes in several varieties, each with different coloured leaves. These leaves are already partly dried in the Spanish sun. As a result, the leaves have become fragile and the vein structure is nicely visible.
The turquoise back and background make the leaves stand out beautifully.
The background is made of a material that has a mirror-like quality. This background also has a structure. This creates a reflection that becomes abstract, almost painterly. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see this beautifully.
This work could hang beautifully as wall decoration, (on ArtFrame or aluminium, for example) in the bedroom, hallway or simply above the couch in the living room! (Or as wall decoration on the wall in a waiting room, office or meeting room (business).
