The Poldermuseum Heerhugowaard is a Dutch historical and educational museum in the North Holland town of Heerhugowaard, located in the former polder pumping station on the Huygendijk, the southern ring dike part of the West Frisian Omringdijk, where the polder Heerhugowaard is deepest (3.90 meters below NAP).
In 1877 the first part of the pumping station was built with steam engines. This was followed by diesel and electric engines. In 1994, this pumping station was finally shut down and became a museum with a major renovation and reopening in 2018.
