The Puffins, Fratercula, are a genus of the auks. The genus consists of three different species.[1] The species best known in the Netherlands is the Atlantic Puffin, which is usually only called Puffin. There are several similarities between the different species of Puffins. They grow between 30 and 40 cm, weighing less than 1 kg.
Being outside in nature is a great pleasure for me. Canoeing in Scandinavia, camping in Spain, a trip around Iceland, to the mountains in Slovenia or just a walk on the beautiful Veluwe are things I do with great pleasure. My cameras are my faithful travelling companions.
