A beautiful field of Spanish or bastard hyacinths (not to be confused with the pure wild wood hyacinth). The setting sun provides just a little golden glow behind it. The moody undertone of the post-processing ensures that all the attention goes to the hyacinths. It is often thought that all hyacinths blooming in the wild are wild woodland hyacinths, but actually it is the Spanish hyacinth that is taking over from the native woodland hyacinth, and so most often you see the Spanish hyacinth or a hybrid of both: the bastard hyacinth. The difference between the two is hard to tell.
