Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Red tulips, Maarssen village’ by Stichts Foto Bureau

A few red tulips from the front garden of an old canal-side house hang just above the main road.

On my Leica M10 camera, I selected the widest aperture (F1.4) on my Summilux 35mm asph FLE lens. This results in a shallow depth of field, effectively isolating the flowers from their surroundings. The beautiful blur in the background…
