the German parliament building in the capital city of Berlin on the Square of the Republic (Platz der Republik). The current building dates from 1894. Until 1933 it was the seat of the Reichstag.
This photo was taken on the other side of the River Spree in the early evening, so the sunlight is soft and the old imposing building is beautifully illuminated.
The long exposure time creates a smooth water surface and gives a beautiful reflection.
