Royal Shinmei also called "Divine beauty"
"Royal Shinmei" is floral still life, drawn from fantasy and crowned with royal allure like many of my works. The Japanese Magnolia takes centre stage here, combined with beautiful blue butterfly and a shell and tiny ladybirds.
Radiance and Symbolism:
The "Royal Shinmei" floral still life evoked for me the images of:
Moonlight: The soft, white or pink petals, shimmering in the moonlit night.
Elegance: The graceful shape of the flower, rising majestically on a slender stem.
Royal splendour: The rich symbolism of "royal", suggesting power, nobility and exclusivity.
Rarity: The name "Shinmei" implies a rare beauty, a hidden gem in nature.
