About ‘Running moose in the Finnish snow’ by Jacob Molenaar
A lone moose walks in the middle of the endless Finnish landscape. A moose is normally hardly seen during the day, but this one was surprised. The party doesn't last long though, after looking deeply into our eyes for a few seconds, he soon runs into the forest edge, swallowed up in the Finnish primeval forest.

Hi hi, Jacob here! I am an enthusiastic nature lover from the Netherlands. I have been bird watching since I was 11, and actually from the beginning I started photography right away. First with compact cameras, nowadays with more expensive equipment. Occasionally I photograph landscapes, but the focus is on birds and insects. Living in the Alblasserwaard, most pictures are from this area, but I will also occasionally upload vacation pictures if they are worthwhile.
