The brilliant pastel colours in the sky reflect on the water, while a light mist softens the background in the photo. This fog is formed by condensation of the water due to the extremely cold temperature of the air.
In the foreground, small snow roses can be seen growing on the ice. The lines and depth of this work make it a unique image.
