Nestled in the heart of Rocamadour, a town renowned for its sacred history and breathtaking architecture, lies a medieval square that serves as a gateway to the spiritual journey that has drawn pilgrims for centuries. This square, a harmonious blend of stone and faith, is a pivotal point in the town’s religious tapestry, framed by the magnificent structures that define Rocamadour’s spiritual legacy.

At the center of this 180-degree panorama stands La Chapelle Saint-Jean-Baptiste, a testament to the enduring faith of those who have worshipped here for generations. Its serene presence anchors the square, inviting visitors to pause and reflect on the spiritual significance of their surroundings.

To the left of this sacred chapel, La Basilique Saint-Sauveur rises with its imposing Romanesque and Gothic architecture, its stone façade bearing witness to centuries of devotion.
