The setting sun shines through the reeds and illuminates the ferns. The water is frozen and reflects the sun. As I almost always shoot in black and white and I like this photo in colour as well as in black and white, I have put it in my shop in colour and in black and white.
Art on canvas looks great on any wall. It truly comes into its own with paintings featuring sharp brushstrokes.
After having photographed fanatically for many years and many encouragements to do more with my photos, I took the step to offer some of my photos at Werk aan de Muur. I still mainly photograph in black and white. For me, colour has to make a functional contribution to my photos.
