Shades of Earth

by Vlindertuin-Art

An abstract artwork that exudes natural tranquillity through its flowing lines and earthy colours. The paint seems to have moved across the canvas like water, creating soft transitions and undulating patterns. There is no fixed shape or direction - the movement feels organic, as if looking at flowing rocks or a riverbed of minerals and earth.

The style is modern abstract, with influences from natural marble textures and contemporary fluid art. The composition consists of layered paint that mixes subtly. This creates a depth effect that draws the eye into a calm rhythm of lines and contrasts. The work has a tactile texture that remains visible, reinforcing the sense that it is handmade.

The colour palette is fresh and balanced. Shades of green range from soft moss green to light olive, combined with white, grey and deep black. The combination feels earthy, modern and timeless. The green brings a touch of nature and freshness, while black and white provide strength and calm.

This artwork fits effortlessly into modern interiors, Scandinavian spaces or creative environments where peace and focus are important. This work exudes balance - a fusion of nature, energy and simplicity.
