About ‘Shadow track’ by INGO

In *Shadow Trail*, we are transported to a tranquil, nocturnal desert landscape, bathed in the silvery glow of an imposing full moon. At the centre of the composition stands a caracal, seen from behind, gazing across the rolling sand dunes with a watchful and almost meditative gaze. In the foreground, the white skull of an animal rests in the sand, flanked by a gnarled, dead tree stump. This serves as a reminder of the raw cycle of life and death in the wilderness, whilst the caracal – the living hunter – continues on its way, undisturbed. The caracal’s soft, reddish coat forms a warm contrast to the cool, blue-grey hues of the night. The long, black ear tufts cut sharply through the air and accentuate the animal’s alertness. The thin cloud cover around the moon and the distant mountains on the horizon lend the scene a dreamlike, almost mystical quality. The ‘shadow trail’ of the title suggests an invisible route that the caracal follows through a world that remains hidden from humans.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
