About "Shadows of the Forest"

About the artwork

The photo shows a close-up of a group of dark mushrooms, growing among leaves and needles in the forest. The mushrooms have a deep, brownish colour, with the hats layered over each other. The hats are thin, with the edges slightly jagged, and they exude a certain fragility through their fragile appearance. The underside of the hats shows subtle, orange hues that contrast well with the dark brown of the rest of the mushroom.

A soft, hazy green is visible in the background, reminiscent of the lushness of the forest, but the focal point remains on the mushrooms themselves. There is a playful depth to the image, where the mushrooms seem to come forward while the background fades, creating a mystical, dreamlike atmosphere.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
